2021 Lightning Bolt

Coup de Foudre Lightning Bolt is only produced when we feel there are barrels worthy enough of presenting 100% Cabernet Sauvignon as a stand alone. Showing perfect varietal Cab Sauv character, this 2021 is rich with elements of Dark Chocolate, focused cassis, nuances of blue and black berry. 100% new French Oak, aged 20 months, fills in the crème brulee like mid-palate. Only 90 cases produced (4 barrels!)
