2024 Sauvignon Blanc

This is the only white wine we produce — the only white varietal we ever would choose to approach. We style our Sauvignon Blanc after some of the great white Bordeaux wines from the Pessac Leognan region, offering a flavor profile of pink grapefruit, stone fruits and bright minerality. Yuzu citrus zest, lychee and stone fruit with nuances of flint make up the aromatics. A burst of melon and tropical notes immediately flood the palate followed by subtle pink grapefruit. The creamy mid-palate offers notes of fresh custard balanced by crisp acidity and an extended finish.
